Conduct legal research and prepare and present a case in the adversary process. |

Identify and describe procedures and methods of operations of public police and explain the discretionary powers of the working police officer. |

Describe the history and development of correctional theories and institutions. |

Identify and describe the theory and practice of criminal investigation, including crime scene procedures, interviewing, case preparation and basic investigative techniques. |
