| All official transcripts are $5.00 each. Payment of fees may be made by check, money order, or credit card. Payment for faxed requests must be made by credit card ONLY. Transcripts sent to a Maricopa Community College and all unofficial transcripts are free! |
There are four convenient ways to request an official or unofficial copy of your SCC Transcripts: |

| 3. FAX
Please send faxed request to: SCC Transcripts (480)423-6200 |
| 4. In person at the Admissions
and Records office Regular business hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am to 5pm. |
| When requesting transcripts, please provide the following information: |
| * Social Security number * current name, address and telephone number * former names used while attending SCC * date of birth * complete address of where you would like the transcript sent * SIGNATURE, is required to process your request! |
